INTERVEST’S AGED CARE SERVICE
We are pleased to announce that we have now included an AGED CARE SERVICE in our service offering.
In recent years access to Aged Care has become increasingly relevant for people and their families. For residents moving to residential aged care, access to professional advice is increasingly important to not only understand how to navigate through the system but to consider all financial options.
In our experience when we have been notified of changes to our clients or client’s families (parents) living situation, we have had to adopt a reactive approach to advice. We believe being able to offer pro-active strategies can, in many cases, produce a better outcome for individuals Age Pension entitlements and potentially reduce their Aged Care costs.
We have a relationship with one of Adelaide’s leading Aged Care Consultants and as a result are able to offer a total package for our clients, their families and friends.
The Aged Care offering incorporates the following:
Find Aged Care facility and add name to waiting lists.
Structure finances including:
o Entry Cost and Payment Options
o Sell or Keep Former Home
o Invest other assets
o Centrelink Homeowner Status
o Calculate total income (including Age Pension)
o Calculate ongoing daily fees
